Parents should call the Preschool office (304.941.1710) for general information. If you are interested in pursuing enrollment, please schedule an appointment for a tour of the facilities, a review of the Parent Handbook, and an application for admission.

The preschool enrolls year-round, depending on space availability.

Age

Preschoolers attending the Center must be between the ages of 2 and 6 years old.

Potty Trained

Bible Center is not licensed to handle diapers or Pull-ups; therefore, it is necessary for a child to be completely potty-trained before entering preschool.

Health

  • All children attending preschool must have a physical examination by a physician and a health assessment form at the time of enrollment.
  • An immunization record is also required.

Thank you for your interest in Bible Center Preschool! We exist as a ministry of Bible Center Church to assist parents in fulfilling their God-given responsibilities in training their children. The services provided are designed to assist parents in meeting the demands placed on them in a contemporary life and to reinforce Christian principles essential in making the home complete.

The Center is open Monday through Friday from 7 AM until 6 PM. The Bible Center Preschool program will provide breakfast, lunch, and an evening snack each day. Children must arrive by 9 AM each day. Parents are always welcome! Appointments can be made for conferences as well.

3) Instructional Time only (ITO 9 AM – 12 PM)

4) Transitional Kindergarten

Fall 2019-20 Fees

  • New Preschool Student (Family Fee):  $150
  • Returning Preschool Student (Family Fee): $100
  • Family with School-age and Preschool Students:  $215  (if paid before February 28, 2019)
  • Family with School-age and Preschool Students:  $265  (if paid March 1, 2019 or after)

The registration fee should accompany the student application(s). Registration fees are non-refundable.

Supply Fee

A $25 craft supply fee will be billed through the parent’s account three times per year: Fall, Spring, and Summer (if enrolled).

Lunch and snacks are included in tuition rates. There is no additional charge for academic curriculum and supplies.

Late Pick-up Fees

A late fee is assessed after 6 PM as follows: The first 1-4 minutes late is $1 per minute; $10 at 5 minutes, and $1 for each minute thereafter.

Parent Choice Off Week

Families with children in the 3- and 4-year-old Preschool classes and in TK are allowed one Parent Choice Off Week, during which the child is not in the center and there is no charge for the week. This does not apply to children enrolled under the FlexPlan.

Discount

A 3% discount is available if tuition is paid in full in advance. To receive this discount, families must be enrolled by the beginning of the preschool term.

Tuition Management

Bible Center School and Preschool has contracted with FACTS Management Company to manage our tuition payments. FACTS Management Company serves over 4,000 schools nationwide and is the industry leader in tuition management for private and faith-based schools.

New families will need to meet with a Bible Center Business Office representative to set up a FACTS account. Please know there will be an annual fee for enrolling in FACTS. Once your account is set up, you will receive an initial invoice/statement from FACTS. It will list your total tuition and fee balance for the upcoming school year along with instructions on how to enroll in a payment plan online. The summer program is billed separately.
